Sweet Siam is the cullinary brainchild of metro-area native, Michael Brillhart, and his kitchen colleagues. Having left school to work for his family's chain of Thai and Sushi restaurants in the Birmingham, AL Brillhart wanted to bring some of the staff he trusted most to KC to help him bring their authentic flavors to his hometown.
